In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "hybaji" or "the Platform" refers to the online casino and sportsbook operated at hybaji.im and all associated subdomains and mobile interfaces.
• "Player" or "You" means any individual who has registered a hybaji account or is accessing the hybaji platform.
• "Account" means the registered player account created on hybaji through which the player accesses games, places wagers, and manages funds.
• "Balance" means the total real-money funds held in a player's hybaji account, expressed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR).
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free bet credits, or non-withdrawable incentives credited to a hybaji account under a specific promotion.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a bonus amount must be staked on eligible games before it converts to withdrawable real-money funds.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer verification, which may include submission of government-issued identification, proof of address, and payment method verification.
• "Services" means the full range of gaming, betting, banking, and support services offered by hybaji to registered players.

By accessing hybaji, creating an account, making a deposit, or placing any wager on the hybaji platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety, together with hybaji's Privacy Policy and any applicable promotion-specific terms.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and hybaji. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the hybaji platform and should not create or maintain a hybaji account.

To register and maintain a hybaji account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. hybaji operates a strict 21+ policy without exception.
• You must be legally permitted to participate in online gambling activities under the laws applicable in your jurisdiction of residence.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable law and where hybaji has restricted access.
• You must not be acting on behalf of another person, corporate entity, or trust.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, or affiliate of hybaji, nor an immediate family member of such an individual.
• You must not be subject to a self-exclusion order, whether imposed by hybaji or any third-party responsible gaming organisation.

hybaji may request documentary evidence of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified by hybaji may result in account suspension and withholding of funds pending verification.

Each player is permitted to hold only one (1) registered account on hybaji. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using different email addresses, mobile numbers, payment methods, or device identifiers — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

When registering a hybaji account, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information including your full legal name as it appears on your CNIC or passport, your date of birth, a valid Pakistani mobile number, and a valid email address. hybaji is not responsible for any consequences arising from inaccurate registration information provided by the player.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your hybaji account login credentials. You must not share your password with any third party. hybaji will treat all activity conducted through your account as authorised by you unless you have reported a security breach to hybaji support in writing.

5.1 Deposits. hybaji accepts deposits via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL Bank, UBL Bank, Meezan Bank, and Raast. All deposits are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Minimum and maximum deposit limits are published in the hybaji Banking section and are subject to change. Deposits credited in error must be reported to hybaji support immediately and may not be withdrawn.

5.2 Withdrawals. Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, subject to KYC verification. hybaji reserves the right to carry out additional verification checks before processing any withdrawal. Processing times are subject to the timelines of the relevant payment provider and are typically completed within 24 hours for mobile wallet withdrawals (JazzCash and EasyPaisa) and within 3 business days for bank transfers.

5.3 KYC Requirements. hybaji may request the following documents before processing a withdrawal:

• A copy of your valid CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card) or passport.
• Proof of ownership of the payment method used for deposit (e.g., screenshot of JazzCash account in your name).
• Proof of residential address issued within the last three months where applicable.

5.4 Withdrawal Restrictions. Withdrawals from bonus-derived winnings are subject to wagering requirement completion. hybaji reserves the right to reverse any withdrawal request that is initiated while wagering requirements remain outstanding. Funds sourced from criminal activity or financial fraud will be confiscated and reported to the relevant authorities.

5.5 Currency. All transactions on hybaji are conducted in PKR. hybaji does not charge currency conversion fees, as the platform operates natively in Pakistani Rupees.

hybaji offers promotional bonuses including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, and cashback offers. All promotions are subject to the specific terms published alongside the offer and to these General Terms. In the event of any conflict, the promotion-specific terms take precedence.

6.1 Wagering Requirements. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, all hybaji bonus funds carry a wagering requirement. The applicable multiplier and eligible game list are stated in the promotion details. Games may contribute differently to wagering requirements — for example, live casino games may contribute at a lower percentage than slots.

6.2 Bonus Expiry. Bonus funds and associated free spins that are not used within the stated validity period will be automatically forfeited. hybaji will not reinstate expired bonuses under any circumstances.

6.3 Abuse Prevention. hybaji reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or claw back bonus funds and any winnings derived therefrom where hybaji determines, at its sole discretion, that a player has engaged in bonus abuse. This includes but is not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim a bonus more than once, placing offsetting bets across bonus and non-bonus accounts, or exploiting promotional terms in a manner inconsistent with genuine recreational gaming.

All casino games available on hybaji are provided by third-party licensed game providers including but not limited to Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Play'n GO, and Microgaming. Each game is governed by its own rules, which are accessible within the game interface. hybaji is not responsible for game malfunctions caused by the game provider's software.

All sportsbook bets placed on hybaji are final once confirmed. hybaji reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event that has already commenced where the commencement was not reflected in the system at the time of bet placement. Odds are displayed in decimal format and are subject to change prior to bet confirmation.

In the event of a technical fault affecting a game outcome or bet settlement, hybaji will investigate the incident and apply a fair resolution in accordance with the relevant game provider's malfunction policy. Malfunction voids all pays and plays where the provider's rules require this outcome.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the hybaji platform and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all funds:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent registration information to hybaji.
• Using hybaji to launder funds derived from criminal or illegal activity.
• Attempting to manipulate game outcomes through external software, bots, exploits, or collusion with other players.
• Creating or operating multiple hybaji accounts for any purpose.
• Engaging in match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any form of sports manipulation in connection with bets placed on hybaji.
• Reverse-engineering, scraping, or systematically extracting data from the hybaji platform.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing hybaji customer support staff or other players.
• Circumventing any responsible gaming tools imposed by hybaji or self-imposed by the player.

hybaji cooperates fully with law enforcement agencies and will disclose player information where required by a valid legal order or where hybaji has reasonable grounds to suspect criminal activity.

All content on the hybaji platform — including but not limited to the hybaji name, logo, visual design, game interfaces, promotional materials, written content, and software — is the intellectual property of hybaji or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the hybaji platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment. No content from hybaji may be copied, reproduced, distributed, published, or used for commercial purposes without prior written consent from hybaji.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, hybaji shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the hybaji platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of business, or losses arising from third-party payment provider delays.

hybaji's total aggregate liability to any individual player in connection with any single incident or series of related incidents shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the incident giving rise to the claim.

hybaji does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other malicious components. It is your responsibility to ensure your device is adequately protected before accessing hybaji.

hybaji collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By creating a hybaji account, you consent to the collection, storage, and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

hybaji will not sell or rent your personal data to third parties. Data may be shared with payment processors (including JazzCash and EasyPaisa), KYC verification providers, and regulatory or law enforcement bodies where legally required. hybaji is committed to promoting responsible gambling among all players. The following tools are available to every registered hybaji player at no cost and are accessible directly from within your account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps to control your spending on hybaji.
• Loss Limits: Restrict the maximum amount you can lose over a defined period.
• Session Time Reminders: Set alerts to notify you when you have been playing on hybaji for a specified duration.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your hybaji account for a period of your choosing (24 hours to 6 weeks).
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely exclude yourself from the hybaji platform. Self-exclusion requests are actioned immediately and cannot be reversed during the elected period.

You may close your hybaji account at any time by contacting hybaji support. Any real-money balance remaining at the time of voluntary closure will be returned to your registered withdrawal method, subject to completion of KYC verification and provided no withdrawal restrictions are in place.

hybaji reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that:

• The player has breached any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• The account has been used for fraudulent, criminal, or abusive activity.
• Continued operation of the account poses a risk to the integrity of the hybaji platform or to other players.
• A regulatory or legal obligation requires account closure.

Where an account is closed by hybaji due to a breach of these Terms, hybaji reserves the right to retain all funds in the account pending investigation and, where the breach is established, to forfeit those funds in whole or in part.

These Terms and Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which hybaji is licensed and incorporated. Players agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that territory for the resolution of any disputes that cannot be resolved through hybaji's internal complaints procedure.

Complaints Procedure. If you have a complaint regarding any aspect of the hybaji service, you should first contact hybaji customer support at [email protected], providing full details of your complaint. hybaji will acknowledge your complaint within 48 hours and endeavour to provide a full response within 14 business days.

hybaji reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, hybaji will provide notice via email to the address registered on your hybaji account or via a prominent notice on the hybaji platform prior to the changes taking effect.

Your continued use of the hybaji platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must cease using the hybaji platform and request account closure before the effective date of the changes.
